Automation & AI systems EST. 2026
Your business,
on autopilot.
Sangoku Labs designs and builds custom AI & automation systems for businesses drowning in manual work. It starts with a free audit: we map where your hours go, then build exactly what gets them back.
We build on: Make · n8n · Zapier · Claude · GPT · Google Workspace · QuickBooks · Airtable · Custom code

What we build
Every engagement is custom. These are the shapes it usually takes.
- 01
Automation Audit
We map how work actually moves through your business and hand you a prioritized roadmap: fastest wins first, priced before anything is built.
- 02
Custom Automation Builds
Workflows built for your operation, not from a template, and connected to the tools you already run.
- 03
AI Agents & Assistants
Agents that draft, triage, summarize, and answer. Trained on your processes, with guardrails and human checkpoints where they matter.
- 04
Back-Office & Admin Automation
Rent reconciliation, invoicing, reporting, data entry: recurring admin that runs on a schedule instead of on your time.
- 05
Platform Setup & Migration
New software onboarded properly: clean data in, workflows connected, your team trained on day one.
- 06
Support & Optimization
We stay on after launch with monitoring, fixes, and improvements as your volume grows.
02 · Process
The Sangoku Method
Sangoku is Japanese for “three kingdoms.” Every engagement runs in three moves, in order, no skipped steps.
-
Audit
We map your operations end to end.
A focused working session, plus a close look at how work actually flows through your team. You get a prioritized automation roadmap: what to automate, in what order, and what each piece returns. The roadmap is yours to keep, whether or not we build.
-
Build
Fixed scope, on your stack.
We design and build the systems from the roadmap, connected to the tools you already use and tested against real cases from your business. Price agreed before we start; no surprise invoices.
-
Run
Deploy, document, support.
We ship it, write the runbook in plain English, train your team, and stay available for the questions that come up in week two. You own everything we build.

Yours
If your team does the same work twice a week, it is a candidate.
05 · About
Why Sangoku
We're a build shop, not an advice shop. The audit tells you what to automate. Then we're the ones who actually ship it.
Sangoku Labs was founded in 2026. Our first engagement automated rent reconciliation, landlord admin, and a platform migration for a Section 8 property-management group: the unglamorous, high-volume work where automation pays for itself fastest. That's the work we like.
-
We build, not just advise
-
Senior only: the person you talk to ships your systems
-
Fixed scope, priced after the audit
-
You own everything we ship
06 · FAQ
Questions, answered
What does the free audit involve?
A working session with whoever runs your operations, plus a look at how work actually flows: the spreadsheets, the inboxes, the copy-paste. Within a week you get a prioritized roadmap covering what to automate, in what order, and what each piece returns. It is yours to keep, whether or not we build together.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. Builds are quoted as fixed-scope projects after the audit, so you know the price before we write a line. No open-ended hourly billing.
How long does a build take?
Most first builds ship in two to six weeks, depending on scope. The audit roadmap sequences the work so the fastest wins land first.
What tools do you build on?
The stack you already use. We build on platforms like Make, n8n, and Zapier, AI models like Claude and GPT, and the systems your business runs on: Google Workspace, QuickBooks, property-management platforms, CRMs. Where off-the-shelf stops, we write custom code.
Do we need to be technical?
No. Every build ships with plain-English documentation and training for your team. If you can describe how the work is done today, that is all we need.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes a support window while your team settles in. After that, most clients keep us on for monitoring and improvements as volume grows. Optional, never required. You own everything we ship.
